INTRA Services Company has successfully completed pilot testing of a new cleaning chemical formulation. It removes oil residues and asphaltene deposits from the internal surfaces of pipes.
New cleaning chemical formulation (CCF) has been developed in cooperation with the specialists of the Development and Exploitation of Oil and Gas Deposits department at Samara State Technical University. The principle of CCF’s operation is turning contamination components in soluble substances or non-adhesive substances followed by washing. Chemical cleaning procedure occurs in the CCF forced circulation process ensured by the pump unit connected to the object being cleaned.
As a result of the industrial pipeline cleaning, it was proven that CCF produced by INTRA Services Company could safely and efficiently remove residual oil and asphaltene deposits from the internal surfaces of pipelines and could be recommended for use.
